Who I am
This website is operated by Danah Ghosheh, an independent CX strategy and consulting professional based in Amman, Jordan. You can reach me at contact@danahghosheh.com.
What data I collect
This is a personal portfolio website. I collect minimal data and only what is necessary:
- Contact form: When you submit the contact form, your name, email address, and message are collected and stored in Google Forms (a Google LLC service). I use this solely to respond to your enquiry.
- No account creation: You are never asked to create an account or log in.
- No tracking pixels or advertising cookies: I do not use Facebook Pixel, Google Ads, or any third-party advertising trackers.
- Analytics: This site may use analytics tools to understand general visitor behaviour such as page views and traffic sources. No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics.
Third-party services
Two third-party services load resources when you visit this site:
- Google Fonts — fonts are loaded from Google's CDN (
fonts.googleapis.com). Google may log your IP address as part of this request. See Google's Privacy Policy. - Google Forms — contact form submissions are sent to and stored by Google LLC. See Google's Privacy Policy.
No other third-party scripts, trackers, or services are loaded.
Cookies
This website does not set any cookies of its own. Google Fonts may set a cookie as part of its CDN caching. No consent banner is shown because no tracking or profiling cookies are used.
How long data is kept
Contact form responses are stored in Google Forms until I manually delete them. I do not retain your data beyond what is needed to respond to your message.
Your rights
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or another jurisdiction with data protection laws, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data I hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Withdraw consent at any time (where processing is based on consent)
To exercise any of these rights, email me at contact@danahghosheh.com and I will respond within 30 days.
Data transfers
Contact form data is processed by Google LLC, which may store data on servers outside your country of residence, including in the United States. Google is certified under applicable data transfer frameworks.
Changes to this policy
If I make material changes to this policy, I will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
